Handcraft, boutique and organic wines from Central Otago producing in small volumes of superb wines by Yoshiaki and Kyoko Sato, all fruits are handled biodynamically to the exacting standards, to produce pure natural wines with no additives. The only additives used is minuscule amounts of sulphur at the point of bottling.

Tasting note: Sato L'Insolite Pinot Noir
Great balance on palate with good acidity, minerality and mid-palate concentration. Quite a silky but weighty tannins. Good depth of flavours and a nice persistent finish.
