Luigi Moio, winemaker and owner of Quintodecimo is famous in the area to be a University Professor for viticulture. Quintodecimo became famous for production of White Wine created as White Burgundy style, but wthout use of the oak. His whites are made to age and if stored properly can be kept for over 20 years. Fiano is the elegant grape of the family, with beautiful flower and stone fruits note. One of the best expression of this grape ever.
