Chiyomusubi Japanese Craft Gin IMPACT 700ml

A new artisan craft gin from a historical 1865 brewery Chiyomusubi in the prefecture of Tottori, hand-crafted and blended with quality and local, genuine Japanese ingredients.

In addition to the typical botanicals of gin (juniper berries, coriander, angelica, lemon), specific Japanese botanicals such as yuzu citrus, hassaku citrus, ginger and Lindera ʻKuromojiʼ Shrub are added to the base spirit rice-shochu, distilled using skills and technology cultivated over many years.

The pallet is refreshing, delicate and lifted with subtle characteristics, followed by fresh citrus and spice and finishing off with a lingering flavour of creamy yogurt-like acidity.
